PTA SPRING BBQ
On Friday, June 5th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm your PTA with support of CPA students and other volunteers, have planned a great evening with a hotdog BBQ (veggie dogs available), 50/50 draw, basket raffle, games and face painting. All food and drinks will be purchased with tickets that can be obtained as you arrive at the school. All games and face painting will require tickets as well. Come prepared to eat and have fun! Maybe even win the 50/50 draw or walk away with one of our fabulous baskets!
We will be looking for additional volunteers so please consider helping us make this a fun, fundraising event a success so we can provide items needed for next year’s classrooms. Here is the link if you can help out: volunteersignup.org/LWFAB

PTA RAFFLE BASKET
The HPCS PTA is looking for donations to fill baskets which can be raffled off at the BBQ on June 5th. Please consider supporting this activity to make the BBQ even more successful so that the PTA can support purchasing items needed for classrooms!
If you are able to purchase an item for a basket, please send the item in to your child’s classroom teacher. If easier, you can send in a cash donation or a gift card. All items will be collected and assembled into baskets for the BBQ. Below are the themes for each basket organized by grade level.
- Pre-primary: Arts and Crafts
- Primary: Father’s Day- something for Dad
- Grade 1: Back to School
- Grade 2: Fun in the Sun
- Grade 3: Movie night
- Grade 4: Family Game night
- Grade 5: Recess snacks
We ask that all donations be sent into HPCS by Friday, May 29th
