Pink Shirt Day September 11, 2025

Pink Shirt Day September 11, 2025

Pink Shirt Day is an important event for our school community! It's a day when we stand together to take a strong stance against bullying. The tradition started with two students who decided to wear pink to school in support of another student who was being bullied for wearing a pink shirt. Their simple act of kindness inspired others, and now, people all over the world wear pink to show their commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment.

By wearing a pink (or red shirt), we are showing our support for kindness, empathy, and respect. It's a visual reminder that we are all part of a team and that we will not tolerate bullying in any form. Pink Shirt Day is a wonderful opportunity to talk with our students about the importance of using kind words, including others, and standing up for what's right. It teaches us that even the smallest act of kindness can make a huge difference in someone's life. Let's all wear our pink proudly and show that at our school, we choose kindness!
